Pneumatology - The Doctrine of the Holy Spirit
Regeneration (2–PN–1a) (Audio Tape or CD $7.50 / Transcript $4.00) – The initial work of the Holy Spirit in the “so great salvation” of God’s elect; chosen by God the Father, died for by God the Son and made alive by God the Holy Ghost.
Faith (2-PN-2a) (Audio Tape or CD $7.50 / Transcript $4.00) -The gift of God the Holy Spirit which follows the mighty work of Regeneration. If the order of regeneration, then faith is reversed, the sovereignty of man in salvation is exalted – a serious heresy and anti- biblical.
Repentance (2-PN-3a) (Audio Tape or CD $7.50 / Transcript $4.00) - Those who are genuinely saved always manifest true repentance, a change of mind or attitude, which results in a changed life.
Conversion (Audio Tape or CD $7.50 / Transcript $4.00) - The outward “turn about” which reflects the inward state of genuine repentance and saving faith worked in by the Holy Spirit
Love (2-PN-1b) (Audio Tape or CD $7.50 / Transcript $4.00) – The “fruit of the spirit is (agape) love”. Agape (“in spite of love”) contrasted with Phileo (“because of love” in light of John 3:16.
Hope (2-PN-1d) (Audio Tape or CD $7.50 / Transcript $4.00) – The “hope” of the pagan, which may be good or bad hope, because grounded in the non-sovereignty of man, contrasted with the Christian “blessed hope”, grounded in the absolute sovereignty of God and immutability of His Word.
First Resurrection (2-PN-1e) (Audio Tape or CD $7.50 / Transcript $4.00) - A figurative term used in Scripture to describe the regenerative act of the Holy Spirit in raising the elect persons out from among the spiritually dead, to be seated in the heavenlies with Christ (Eph. 2:6).
